Ms. Harp joined ICM in 1997 as a Marketing Associate and currently serves as Manager of Administration and Compliance. Kanda works closely with the CCO to ensure all compliance issues and accounting standards are met. Kanda is also responsible for all administrative operations of the firm and oversees administrative staff. Prior to joining ICM, she worked as the Office Manager for Damar Group, a computer training company. Kanda earned her B.S. in Business Administration and her M.A. in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore.
