Mr. Hoelting joined ICM in June of 2000 as a senior investment professional. He currently serves the Firm as a Principal, a member of the Management Committee and the lead Portfolio Manager for the Large Cap Value Equity team. Before joining ICM, Don was the lead portfolio manager responsible for the value product at Minneapolis-based Investment Advisers, Inc. Prior to that, he was the Chief Investment Officer of Jefferson National Bank’s Trust & Investment Group in Charlottesville, VA. Don earned his B.A. in Business from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
