Mr. Wooten joined ICM in 1998 as a member of the small cap value equity team. Today he serves the Firm as a co-portfolio manager of the small cap product and as a member of the Management Committee. Prior to joining ICM, he served as Vice President/Research at Adams Express Company, a closed-end mutual fund also located in Baltimore. Sim is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
